As a senior client service and project manager, you will oversee project management across multiple client projects, managing client relationships and becoming a strategic partner to clients. You will support the operations and project director in enhancing operational efficiency and will be responsible for client reporting.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple client projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
Monitor and adjust client work and content strategies.
Lead client meetings and monthly reporting.
Identify business growth opportunities with existing clients.
Support the operations and project director in improving operational efficiency.
Skills and qualifications:
Diploma, course, or degree in business administration, operations management, or project management.
Four + years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and web development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Experience with the following platforms is not essential, but is a plus: Trello, Google Suite, Slack, Meta Business Suite, and Xero.
Skills and characteristics:
Confident at presenting.
Previous experience in business development, strategy, or consulting is required.
The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, handle pressure, and navigate through challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy.
Strong leadership and managerial mindset
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
