Experience Requirements

• 3+ years in traffic management, operations, or project coordination in a digital or SEO agency
• 1+ year working in ClickUp
• Experience communicating with clients
• Experience working with remote or hybrid teams
  
  

Key Responsibilities
These responsibilities support efficient workflow across the agency. Your digital marketing experience allows you to understand the context of the work and coordinate it well.

• Manage team workloads and ensure tasks are assigned clearly and realistically
• Understand team capacity and identify when new projects can be taken on without overloading the team
• Coordinate full-time staff, contractors, and freelancers
• Keep projects moving by checking in on timelines and removing bottlenecks
• Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, or missing information
• Schedule and organise internal and client meetings
• Respond to client emails in a clear, professional, and friendly way
• Update our systems to reflect progress and keep everyone aligned
• Capture meeting minutes and plan in action items
• Flag risks early and suggest improvements to how we work from an operational perspective
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom
• Coordinating meeting schedules
