Junior DTP Operator / Finished Artist

Bravo Design is on the lookout for a driven, detail-oriented DTP designer/finished artist  to join our growing creative team. If you’re passionate about design, love rolling up your sleeves, and have a technical eye for detail, this role is for you! You’ll work closely within the creative team, supporting everything from layout and packaging to presentations.

This is a hands-on role for a proactive person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality design environment.

What you’ll do:

• DTP and technical setup: Prep and finalise artwork for both print and digital formats, ensuring accuracy and production-readiness.
• Detail-focused: Making sure all flat art is correctly applied within the required specifications.

Who you are:

• Qualification in Desktop Publishing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a DTP role with solid print know-how.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Sharp eye for layout, typography, colour, and detail.
• Knowledge of file setup for print formats.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to grow in a creative space.
