New Salesperson – Western Cape

Location:   Cape Town Northern Suburbs to Paarl and Franschoek
Reporting to:   Sales Director
Employment type:  Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and driven salesperson to grow our presence across the Western Cape. This is a field-based role requiring a strong track record in FMCG sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for sustainable, premium products.

�� Key responsibilities

• Acquire and develop new business across the HORECA and corporate sectors.
  

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  

• Promote Verve Water’s unique refill–recycle–reuse value proposition.
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

• Manage and grow existing accounts through regular visits and account planning.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  

• Maintain accurate records and sales reporting using CRM tools.

Requirements

�� Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  

• Existing network within the hospitality, events, or corporate sector preferred.
  

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory.
  

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (role is field-based).
  

• Target-driven, organised, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
