As a valued team-member of our in-house creative studio, which operates like an internal agency, you will deliver high-quality design services to all departments, including marketing, corporate, PR, HR and sales.

Your key responsibilities?

Take the lead on developing and executing design solutions across various platforms, including digital, print, video, sound editing and animation, delivering on the following responsibilities:

• Ensure all designs are innovative, high-quality, and aligned with our brand vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional creative solutions.
• Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality, are accurately prepared for their respective platforms and aligned with our brand vision.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate the latest software, AI advances, and multimedia tools into your workflow.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a keen eye on deadlines and project milestones
• Continuously innovate and refine design processes to enhance creativity and efficiency within the team.
• Be open to feedback, handling constructive criticism professionally, and managing multiple revisions on a brief without compromising quality vital.

What you offer?

Qualified with a degree or diploma in graphic design, multimedia design or related field, you are equipped with the following:

• A minimum of 5 years multidisciplinary design role experience, with a solid portfolio to showcase your versatility and creativity.
• Technical mastery in the full Adobe Suite: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and additional essential design software.
• AI-driven design tools and technologies will strengthen your application.
