Gerber is a problem-solver whose strong creative and conceptualisation skills have helped clients achieve powerful online marketing results. Having previously worked as an Account Manager at FGX Studios, Gerber's high-level social media experience stood her in good stead to join Black Snow Digital as Social Media Manager where she is now responsible for the overall management and performance of the social media department. This includes: strategic input, data analysis, financial performance, cost analysis, contract management and upholding high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
