Kajsa has over 20 years of experience working in strategic internal and external corporate communications, mainly in Europe. She has worked on designing and implementing a number of strategic media campaigns in both the commercial and non-profit sectors. She has also managed teams across both national and company borders.
Previously, Kajsa worked at Sweden's Westander PR, where she was responsible for strategy and worked directly with the team, developing and implementing the Swedish Institute's nation branding strategies with focus on gender policies. She also worked at JG Communications in Sweden, were she designed and implemented a new global communications strategy at Ericsson Telecommunications. Kajsa launched Action Aid Sweden in the mature Swedish NGO market and in Scandinavian media, and devised and led the implementation of a new branding strategy.
