Its Pizzaway, situated in the hub of the Mutual Village Shopping Centre in Rivonia, scored top honours as Best Performer in the Food Sector Trading Density (or sales per m²). St Elmo's Rivonia was also included amongst the various successful retailers with trading densities ranging between R17 500 and R24 999 in the Bronze Tier Category of these awards.
For consideration for the Old Mutual Properties Tenant Superstar Awards the trading density of tenants at each centre in the Old Mutual Properties portfolio is measured against that of their counterparts at other centres.

Although the St Elmo's experience is fairly new to Gauteng, we look forward in securing more prime locations for new franchise outlets in this province," says John Ratcliffe, St Elmo's National Operations Manager.
St Elmo's currently has outlets in greater Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Gauteng, Nigeria and Zimbabwe and is set to grow to 100 franchised stores on prime sites, especially targeting Gauteng and greater Africa, within the next two years.
This pizza-brand, famous for its family restaurants, takeaway outlets and free delivery service, has seen the opening of nine new stores over the past year, of which the newest outlet has just opened its doors in Montana, Pretoria.
