They make space for a fresh new pairing, Zweli Mbhele and Mantsoe Pout, who will take over the 7-10pm Night Show from Monday to Thursday. Mbhele will be familiar to 947 audiences, as he was a member of the crew for three years and hosted the early weekend breakfast show.
Pout joined the station earlier this year from YFM’s breakfast show and has been hosting weekend nights. In addition to hosting the week night show, they will also host the Shazam Chart show, which moves from Sunday afternoon at 4pm to Sunday morning from 10am to noon.
Zama Dube will be hosting early breakfast on weekdays, from 4-6am, leading listeners into the Breakfast Xpress at 6am. Zama also joined the station from YFM earlier this year.
