Developed by McCormick Property Development, the Mall spans 27,698sqm with a total GLA of 23,533sqm and a planned future expansion potential of over 2,000sqm. LP Architects was responsible for the centre's elegant, state of the art design that exudes luxury and convenience.
Boasting ample parking, the mall has also collaborated with the Topstar Taxi Association, which will be ranking at the Mall and BusCor, which has a dedicated loading facility on site. "Sufficient parking as well as partnerships with the local transport offering in the area ensures that everyone has access to our Mall. Whilst under construction, the Mall provided employment to over 300 individuals in the area with over 700 permanent job opportunities created on completion.
