"Official competitions run by Mercedes-Benz South Africa, or endorsed by us, will only be advertised via our dealerships, or via our official websites and social media platforms. Any other claims should be disregarded by the public and our customers," warns group corporate affairs divisional manager, Mayur Bhana.
The company condemns in the strongest terms the abuse of its name and the erosion of its brand reputation by unscrupulous individuals preying on vulnerable and unsuspecting people. The matter has been referred to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.
