The wine is made entirely from Muscat d'Frontignan grapes grown in Paarl and harvested in May, between 35° and 40° Balling. On the nose and palate, it expresses Muscat notes of dried apricots, flowers, raisins and fruit cake, offset by a vibrant acidity.
