We are looking for a excellent communicator for a (vegetable based) food subscription company based in the UK. As a customer service representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, resolve complex customer queries, and handle escalations in a timely and professional manner.
A genuine interest in UK culture is a distinct advantage
The role requires working some weekends with days off in the week.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat and phone in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide advanced customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
- Resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with other departments and finding appropriate solutions
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and effective problem-solving
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update them as necessary
- Continuously monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services
- Work closely with other members of the customer service team to ensure consistency in communication and service delivery
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- A charming, calm and assertive communication style
- Ability to work a full-time schedule of 9 am - 5:30 pm UK time
- Evidence of previous high performance in a customer service role
- A quiet and distraction-free home office environment with a reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps up and down)
