Established company involved in the sale and distribution of technical equipment, accessories and consumables requires an internal sales administrator to join their team for a 6 month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with clients, generating opportunities, quotations and costing sheets, sales orders (local, export and distributors) and assisting with admin for both local and international operations. 

Required:

• Matric
• Relevant Business Admin Certificate/Diploma
• Must reside in the Vaal Triangle
• Must be available for a 6 month FTC, perhaps extended
• Must be able to converse in Afrikaans
• Min 5 years relevant experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have SAP experience
• Previous sales administration experience
• Ideally from the non-destructive testing sector
• Must come from a technical (manufacturing, engineering, production) type of environment
• Strong communicator
• Must have experience in dealing with imports and exports
• Must have experience in handling admin for local shipments (courier etc)
• Good admin skills
• Honest and reliable and good at time-keeping
