Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and driven F&I specialist to enhance their Finance and Insurance department, based in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. If you have experience with preowned vehicles and a knack for guiding customers through financing options, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the bridge between customers and financing options, helping them navigate the F&I process smoothly.
• Prepare and process finance and insurance paperwork for preowned vehicle sales, ensuring all details are handled with care.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining financing products and insurance options in an understandable way.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulations, like a lifeguard keeping watch to ensure safety.
• Maintain organized records and assist with reporting, helping the team stay on track like a conductor leading an orchestra.

Requirements:

• Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with preowned vehicles.
• Familiarity with F&I processes and documentation is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software related to finance and sales.
