Requirements

• Diploma or degree in social sciences, public relations, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a CSR administrator role or similar position
• At least two years’ experience in a corporate environment

Responsibilities

CSR program development and execution

• Assist in developing and implementing CSR programs and policies aligned with organisational goals
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate CSR principles into business operations

Stakeholder engagement

• Establish partnerships with local organisations, nonprofits, and other stakeholders
• Manage relationships with program beneficiaries and other stakeholders

Event and volunteer coordination

• Assist in organising and coordinating volunteer programs and community events

Communication and reporting

• Prepare regular reports on CSR activities and outcomes for stakeholders and leadership
• Communicate the impact of CSR initiatives through internal and external channels, including social media and newsletters
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on CSR activities and compliance

Administrative and financial support

• Support the team in reviewing budgets with financial acumen
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
