Operations Officer

• Oversee and direct daily administrative processes and procedures;
• Report to and assist the chief executive officer in daily tasks and duties;
• Map-out, plan, and manage projects;
• Analyse and maintain operational data;
• Communicate with management teams to confirm the execution of company processes;
• Ensure compliance with best business practices;
• Contribute to the innovation of new products;
• Track and maintain budgets for operational costs.

• Diploma in operations and/or booking,
• Two+ years' experience in operations, as well as, bookkeeping experience would be an advantage;
• 100% proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software;
• Adept problem solver and decision maker;
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written;
• Attention to detail;
• Diligent, proactive and able to meet deadlines;
• Ability to multi-task, as well as, complete tasks to finality, without supervision.
