New work in at an industry leading online digital tech shop with a footprint across the UK, USA, Europe and Africa. The current need is for a Senior Front-End Developer (Vue.js) that is keen to leverage his/her skills in a high-energy culture; using a variety of web technologies (mostly frontend) on highly visible website projects, to deliver a cutting-edge gaming experience to users globally.

This role is not for the faint hearted; it’s for the 20-something coder who enjoys an environment this is fast paced, fun, agile and delivering the highest quality products. This is what you need to land an interview:

• Five + years’ experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and Vue.js / React
• Strong foundation in TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of Vue.js and its ecosystem; you are also familiar with modern front-end libraries and frameworks (e.g. React, Angular)
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Git version control
• Ability to turn complex technical challenges into well-designed solutions.
• By nature, you are the type of person who works hard and plays hard; you are comfortable working as part of a collaborative team without any Micromanagement.

The reference number for this position is NF58562_2024 which is a permanent, hybrid position based in Sandton, Johannesburg offering a cost to company of up to R900,000 to R1.18mil p/a negotiable on experience and ability.
