Job description: Senior Data analyst & Client Service lead

Job description:
The main focus of this role will be to ensure overall delivery of the project for a specific client. A very senior role, the accountability for all aspects of the programme lies with this person. This role requires a balance between understanding heavy data calculations, reporting and analysis, along with an overall ability to juggle lots of moving parts of an incredibly busy and demanding account – one that is crucial to our business.
This includes developing long term relationships with the clients, internal and external suppliers alike, and ensuring up selling where possible within the client’s business.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients' objectives
- Communicate clearly to clients and all parties involved at all times, keeping everyone relevant in the loop
- Ensuring that all data is correctly and timeously reported to clients.
- Have an excellent understanding of the data for the programme, and also of the story that the data tells.
- Ensure that monthly communication plans are done and executed to ensure the momentum of the program continues
- Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly management reports tracking all programme measurements
- Oversee the customer support team and ensure that service levels are adhered to
- Assist with the programme strategy and overall direction
- Be responsible for all invoicing elements, quotes and supplier purchase orders for each client
- Maintain industry knowledge and be part of relevant social media industry groups
- Assist and action all client requests or issue escalations as required
- Responsible for client presentations and quotations where required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will be required to travel and may be required for overnight travel from time to time
