Warranty Adjudicator

• Adjudicate warranty claims, ensuring they meet brand standards and processes.
• Guide and support dealers through the warranty process.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel, ensuring easy reference.
• Communicate effectively with dealers and internal teams, even in challenging situations.
• Work with precision and attention to detail in every task.

• Minimum of five years' experience working with the Evolve system.
• Prior experience with Ford, VW or Toyota warranty claims.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and record-keeping.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Own reliable transport with a valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to thrive under pressure from dealers and management.
