The opportunity:

• We are seeking to appoint a customer-centric, energetic and passionate Sales Consultant in our call centre based in George!

The role:

• The purpose of this critical insurance sales role is key to securing new business and servicing existing customers through creating a great first impression and positive engagement. This is through inbound and outbound calls and offering extensions to existing policies.
• The Sales Consultant is required to provide amazing service and support by understanding customer needs and providing important information on products and the organisation.

Working hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 04h00 AM – 11h00 AM / 00h00 - 08h00 (rotational shifts)
• Kindly note that these hours may be affected by daylight savings and operational business requirements.

Skills:

• Completed Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• Proficient/advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a customer service or sales-driven position.
• A true vocation for sales and a passion for achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships.
