In this role, you will be instrumental in driving proactive and efficient technical development for our state-of-the-art app. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing and maintaining the application, with a continuous focus on improvement and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the 24/7 response centre to ensure seamless support for app users.
• Provide prompt technical assistance during eight-hour shifts.
• Take initiative to improve app functionality and user experience.

Required qualifications:

• Two to four years of proven development experience.
• A relevant degree, diploma, or certification, ideally in computer science.
• Strong knowledge of modern technologies and business intelligence.
• Solid understanding of multi-tier software and database design.
• Experience with agile software development, particularly in call centres and logistics.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, SQL, and test libraries.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Bonus: Experience with Azure, Docker containers, and Kubernetes.
