Funnelr is hiring! The company is growing quickly, and we need more support agents!
(Must be 18-26 years and speak fluent English)

Funnelr is looking to hire entry-level technical support agents in Century City to assist our team.

We sell a niche online marketing app for small and medium businesses, funnelr.ai

We have customers worldwide - primarily in English-speaking first-world countries - who often need help with the setup and operation of the application.

The team that we're building in Cape Town will have two core responsibilities:

• Support our customers by responding to their questions (support ticket, live chat, etc.)
• Support our developers by testing the app, reporting bugs, and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

Though advantageous, no specific qualification or work experience is required. You will, however, need some skills and interests:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High-level computer literacy
• Willingness to learn (a lot)
• Ability to self-manage
• An interest in a future career in IT

Pay:

• Pay and bonuses will vary depending on qualifications, work experience, and job performance:
• Other monthly bonuses and salary expectations will be discussed with each individual.

Growth:
We will provide training and mentorship and fund further education, allowing motivated individuals to grow into management, development, sales, marketing, or other positions within the company.
