IT Account Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for IT-related needs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT products and services, driving revenue growth.
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions, including hardware, software, networking, and support services.
• Prepare and present customised proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring alignment with their budget and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of IT solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

• Minimum of five years of experience in IT sales, account management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT products, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
