We are looking for:A talented and driven copywriter to join our vibrant team. As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling content across various mediums to enhance our brand representation and engage our audience effectively.
Responsibilities for this role are:- Writing and editing content wherever needed. This could include social media posts, to blog posts, internal training documents and wikis, knowledgebase, sales collateral, website copy, public relations and more.
- Designing social media content and sales collateral using tools such as Canva, inDesign, Photoshop or similar.
- Reply to public feedback, whether on review sites, social media, or other sources.
- Work with each department to develop documentation, collateral and training materials.
- Ensuring all content, whether internal or external, is delivered within the voice and tone guidelines of the brand guide.
The ideal person for this role has:Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, copywriting, journalism, public relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a copywriting role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in creating training materials and knowledgebase documents.
- Experience designing content/collateral using Canva, inDesign, Photoshop or similar.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for brand/client promotion and engagement.
- Knowledge of Notion and HTML is beneficial.

- Autonomous thinker with the ability to write both creatively and pragmatically.
- Team player who is comfortable moving between teams to understand their respective requirements.
