We are looking for a fresh, talented individual to take on our restaurant's marketing plan. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for food and marketing. As a restaurant marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and drive repeat business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant's offerings and events.
Manage the restaurant's social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
Create and design content.
Collaborate with the management team to create enticing menu promotions and specials.
Coordinate with local influencers and media outlets to generate buzz and increase visibility.
Analyse marketing data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in restaurant marketing.
Requirements:
Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Photo / video taking and editing experience
Creative thinking and a passion for food and dining experiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
