Matric essential
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
CPP or HRIS certification recommended but not essential
Python / Project Management (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) Sage / Payspace / SQL / POPIA and LRA
Database Administration exp of 4 years
Exp in a similar role essential
Payroll and HR Generalist expertise recommended
Comfortable with extracting data and build reports from various systems for the HR and Senior Management
Acting as a system super user
Conduct end user training and troubleshoot
Excellent communication skills between HR and IT essential
Responsible for system maintenance for HR department
