Swim Duck Swim is on the hunt for a Studio + Account Manager.

We’re a creative studio that helps build brilliant brands. We love what we do, and we’re looking for someone equally as excited about making things happen. Our team is small but mighty, and we're looking for somebody who can help us juggle all the wonderful projects we’ve got going on.

A day in the life:

• Chatting with clients, making sure they’re as happy as a duck in water (pun intended).
• Keeping our creative crew on track so they can turn your great ideas into even greater work.
• Juggling a bunch of projects – all while staying cool, calm, and collected.
• Turning briefs into creative magic by working closely with our designers and strategists.
• Spotting and landing exciting opportunities.
• Spreading good vibes while ensuring deadlines and budgets behave themselves.
• Problem-solving? That’s your middle name. You know how to steer the ship when the waters get choppy.

What we’re after:

• You’ve got a few years (more than 5) of experience in the magical world of studio and account management, preferably in a creative agency (you’ve done this dance before). You have worked on big blue chip clients and also up and coming startups. 
• You’re a people person – clients love you, and you know how to make them feel like they’re in safe hands.
• You can manage multiple projects without breaking a sweat, and you’ve got a knack for keeping things organised (color-coded spreadsheets full of formulas, anyone?).
• Creativity doesn’t scare you. In fact, you get it, love it, and can help bring it to life.
• You’re full of energy, good vibes, and know how to get the best out of a team.
• You're passionate about innovation and doing cool stuff.
• You are commercially astute and looking to get better and better at what you do.
• You’ve got at least a diploma in advertising, branding, or a related field (we love a good qualification but it's not all we are looking for).
• Oh, and did we mention you’re super organised? Because we’re going to need that.
