We are seeking a talented and experienced graphic designer to join our dynamic team, providing critical support to the graphic design supervisor and head of marketing.  This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with project teams, directors, and external stakeholders to create exceptional visual materials that elevate our brand across both print and digital platforms.  As a company, we value creativity, innovation and a keen eye for design excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Project management and quality control
• Brand collateral creation
• Media publicity and social media
• Public engagement and direct marketing
• Internal communications

Including but not limited to:

• Ensuring consistent quality in all design projects, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• Creating and editing brand collateral (brochures, presentations, social media content etc.) and maintaining brand guidelines
• Providing image retouching and video editing support
• Collaborating with teams on award entries, marketing campaigns and internal communications
• Staying current with design trends and mentoring junior designers

Key requirements:

• Degree/diploma in graphic design or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in a design firm or in-house creative environment
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom), Microsoft Office, and project management
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in repro and retouching, with an understanding of different file formats and the production process
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and manage relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
• Able to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Advantageous skills:

• 3D rendering capabilities
• Web design and development knowledge (HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JQuery, JavaScript, WordPress, Drupal)
• SEO and Google Analytics expertise
• Proficiency in additional languages
• Working knowledge of CAD, Revit
