Our work spans well-known brands and exciting startups, and we’re on the lookout for a Junior Campaign Manager to join the team.

    As a Junior Campaign Manager at Fishgate, you’ll take ownership of campaigns from setup to reporting, working closely with our Design Studio and Client Services teams. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, curious, and data-minded—someone who can support campaign execution, optimise performance, and contribute to strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll play an important role in shaping digital campaigns while continuing to grow your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment

    Overview

    As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will be the backbone of campaign execution and reporting. You’ll assist with building, launching, and optimising campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

    This role is perfect for someone organised, analytical, and comfortable navigating digital ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing campaigns, interpreting performance data, and contributing to high-performing marketing strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and set up campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
    • Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reporting.
    • Pull, clean, and consolidate data from various ad platforms and dashboards.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reports, dashboards, and datasheets.
    • Analyse and visualise campaign performance using Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, and data structuring).
    • Perform QA checks on campaigns, including creative setup, naming conventions, and tracking.
    • Maintain campaign logs, reporting templates, and internal documentation.
    • Assist in refining internal processes for efficiency and accuracy.
    • Support the team with ad-hoc data requests from the Campaign Lead or client partners.

    Requirements

    • 1–2 years’ experience in a digital/media agency environment managing paid campaigns.
    • Familiarity with major ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, X, LinkedIn).
    • Strong administrative and data-handling skills: accurate, process-driven, and dependable.
    • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
    • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Genuine interest in digital media, performance marketing, and campaign analytics.

    Bonus Points

    • Experience consolidating data from multiple ad platforms or dashboards.
    • Experience preparing visual or client-ready reports.
    • Experience with Looker Studio.
    • Experience with AgencyAnalytics
