    Daniel Britz joins Cellars-Hohenort as restaurant manager

    Cellars-Hohenort has welcomed Daniel Britz to its team as the restaurant manager.

    Britz's key responsibility in his role as the restaurant manager is making sure that Conservatory guests receive the best possible experience. He started out in the industry in 2007 as a duty manager at the Alphen Hotel in Constantia, Cape Town.
