SA Tyre Manufacturers Conference appoint new managing executive

Local tyre manufacturing industry body, South African Tyre Manufacturers Conference (SATMC), has appointed Nduduzo Chala as its new managing executive, replacing Carlo Baldocchi who has filled the role for the past three years.

Chala has previously held various positions in senior management at Sumitomo Rubber South Africa, including divisional head of corporate services and GM for strategic planning. He holds a postgraduate diploma in business management and a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is currently completing his master's in business administration through the Gordon Institute of Business Sciences (Gibs).
