New appointment at Durban Chamber of Commerce

Praneel Nundkumar has joined the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) staff as chief operations and finance officer. He replaces Trevor Douglas who has retired following sixteen years of outstanding service to the DCCI. "Restructuring of the management has been done to improve the delivery of services to members and to strive for more professional and up-to-date functionality," said DCCI chief executive, Andrew Layman. "Nundkumar has an illustrious career reputation, and he is well-placed to propel the DCCI into a new era of efficiency and progress." Nundkumar is a qualified chartered accountant and an MBA candidate.
