Rudi Swart takes over Gold Reef's food and beverage services
Rudi Swart was appointed as Gold Reef City's new food and beverage manager. Swart has been with Tsogo Sun for nine years and served in various positions within the group.
In his new role, he will heads up a team of 270 people and is expected to enhance the dining experience offered at the property's Vigour & Verve restaurant.
