Cape hotel launches new restaurant
NEWLANDS, CAPE TOWN: The Vineyard Hotel and Spa has opened The Square Restaurant (previously the Courtyard), which offers a menu of traditional and contemporary dishes devised by executive chef Alex Docherty; as well as a sushi bar run by skilled Japanese sushi masters.
