This popular centre recently underwent an extensive reinvention which involved an upgrade of the entire external façade, as well as the resurfacing and repainting of the parking area and an upgrade to the anchor tenant, Checkers, who has rolled out their new look store.

Swabey says vacancies within the centre are extremely low, with only one vacant shop totalling 147m², available for rent in the entire centre. "The available space enjoys great exposure to Main Road as well as the entrance to the centre and we don't expect it to linger untenanted for long. Suitable for a myriad of different tenants we anticipate it attracting a tenant such as a DIY/hardware store or a hobby/sporting goods store such as a bicycle shop."
