Mams Arts Festival has a strong lineup of international acts, including Monique Bingham, Harrison Crump, Rocco Rodamaal and Ralf Gum. In addition to music, the festival will also showcase comedians, creatives and entrepreneurs.
Fans and revelers coming to the festival can expect to be treated to local sounds from the likes of Pretoria’s leading entertainers including multiple Samawinning duo Black Motion, Mo Flava, Lerato Kganyago, Simmy, Dinho, De Josh, Bothlale, Cassper Nyovest and the most-loved lady of house and sensual sounds, Lady Zamar, who is one of the biggest names to come out of Pretoria.
The festival presents a multi-disciplinary music and lifestyle approach to arts and entertainment that positively impacts Mamelodi’s immediate and surrounding communities.
This annual cluster of creative industries encompasses audience development (multi-genre music festival), socio-cultural development (Mams Arts and Entreprenuerial101 Dialogue – which also includes an art exhibition; photography, fashion, sculptors and painters), networking opportunities and development.
