One of the features included is an augmented property search - a feature which allows browsers to search for properties in the immediate area. By holding up their phone and scanning the area using the phone's camera, property hunters are notified of any properties in their area which are for sale or rent.
"We know that property hunting can be a tiresome and dreaded experience for many, and so we try to find ways in which we can make the whole process easier, and even fun - whether that be for the those on the hunt or those looking to sell or rent their property," said Paul Ten-Bokum, marketing manager at Private Property.

Our mobile apps take this a step further, by allowing property hunting to be done on the move. The apps allow easy access to thousands of properties for sale and rent, from estate agents, as well as private sellers. Users are able to create a profile on the Private Property website, storing interesting properties, and these profiles can be synced across mobile devices.
Listings are detailed and up-to-date, with comprehensive photo galleries and walk-through videos. Detailed map listings allow a click through to property profiles, with further click-through functionality allows calls directly to the agent or seller/landlord, or saves the details in contact folders.
