Marriott International adds third Protea Hotel to Uganda portfolio

Protea Hotel by Marriott Kampala Skyz has joined the portfolio of Marriott International; making it the fourth property and the third Protea Hotel in Uganda to join the brand's growing presence in the country.

Vice president of Protea Hotels by Marriott, Marriott International, Middle East and Africa, Volker Heiden, says the economic growth in Uganda will give an impetus to its growing portfolio in the country.

Marriott International currently operates Protea Hotel by Marriott Kampala, Protea Hotel by Marriott Entebbe and Sheraton Kampala in Uganda.
