Junior F&I - Centurion, Gauteng

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior F&I Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle an average of 50-80 units per month by processing finance and insurance applications and contracts.
  • Prepare and load applications and contracts accurately and efficiently.
  • Compile compliance files for auditing purposes, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, offering insurance policies and finance options tailored to their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, products, and services to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • NQF Level 4 certification.
  • RE5 accreditation.
  • NCA accreditation (legislative requirement).
  • CPD hours up to date.
  • Class of business qualification.
  • Excellent communication and selling skills.
  • Customer service driven with a focus on building positive relationships.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 2 years of dealership or banking experience.
  • Product knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Experience with Signio software is preferred.
Salary Structure:
  • Basic salary negotiable between R13,000 to R15,000 per month.
  • Performance-based commission structure.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must have own reliable transport.
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Pension fund eligibility after 3 months' probation period.
