Our client is seeking a professional HR individual with at least five years of experience in a senior-level role. This position involves driving the transformation of the human resources function and ensuring alignment with the organisation's evolving strategies.

Requirements:

Education:

• Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field.

Experience:

• At least five years of senior management experience.
• Generalist HR and specialist IR experience.

Skills and knowledge:

• Comprehensive HR knowledge, including all pillars of HR.
• Strong IR knowledge, including all aspects of discipline such as preparing for hearings and arbitrations.
• Experience in strategic planning.
• Ability to ensure adherence to standards, policies, and practices.
• Skilled in implementing performance management and operational management initiatives.
• Expertise in optimising HR systems and transactional performance.
• Proven ability to foster a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s agile and manufacturing goals.
