I have been creating seamless and delightful experiences for customers my whole working career. From entertainment and events management to large-scale concert design. Life then led me back to university to study industrial design at CPUT and a win a scholarship to Sweden to study interaction design.
I started working at Flow Interactive as a UX designer as soon as my studies had finished and I haven't looked back. I currently work on UX design, Desing thinking, Service design, Lean and Agile projects. I am okay with these methodologies, how they overlap and what makes them so popular.
