With state-of-the-art facilities and a commitment to delivering top-notch service, we're seeking a skilled and passionate Motor Technician to join us in maintaining our client's reputation for quality and reliability.

As a qualified motor technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. From routine maintenance tasks to complex engine diagnostics, your expertise will ensure that our customers' vehicles operate at peak performance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues accurately.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Repair or replace vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair recommendations and provide exceptional service experiences.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and maximise efficiency in the service department.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a VW, Ford or Toyota motor technician.
  • Trade test qualification.
  • Drivers Licence.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment, including computerised systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
