LCS Project ManagerRequirements- National diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Diploma in project management, PMP Certification
- Minimum of four years of project management or project engineering experience
- Technical sales and customer-facing roles in the packaging or beverage industry
- SAP experience in project management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Including MS Projects/Project)
Responsibilities - Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers and be the first point of contact for the LCS Service Business
- Building up knowledge and awareness around available LCS solutions to be offered to customers, in line with the customer needs and requirements
- Working closely with Company's Sales team, and Customers during the promotion and technical clarification for possible value-adding activities (audits, retrofits, overhauls, etc.)
- Project management with customers, including the responsibility of; project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and formal close out technically and commercially, for Internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring that LCS audit and overhaul reports are received back from the technicians, within a week of the intervention and supplied to customers after the quality of the report has been confirmed
