A rapidly scaling, product-driven tech company is on the lookout for a
Senior Software Engineer who wants to do more than contribute — this is about
laying the foundation.
You’ll be stepping into a role where your influence goes beyond code. From
architecture and infrastructure to engineering standards, you’ll help define how multiple platforms are built, scaled, and evolved.
This isn’t a plug-and-play dev position. It’s a chance to
build from scratch, make key technical calls, and deliver products that operate at real scale.
Working closely with product teams, you’ll take ownership of both
hands-on delivery and architectural direction, ensuring systems are not only functional, but resilient, secure, and future-ready.
Expect a balance of
deep technical execution and leadership — writing production-grade code while elevating how the wider team builds.
What you bring:- 5+ years in software engineering
- 3+ years owning architecture or leading technical direction
- Strong backend experience with Node.js or Python
- Solid experience within fintech environments (payments, credit, transactional systems)
- Proven ability to build secure, data-driven platforms
- Strong understanding of distributed systems
- Experience with PostgreSQL (or similar databases)
- Familiarity with Redis or caching strategies
- Strong working knowledge of AWS
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Track record of building SaaS platforms from the ground up
Bonus points if you have:- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Exposure to building SDK-ready platforms
- Background in startups or high-growth environments
