Job description

Who are we:  An internal agency for a FMCG corporation.

Who we are looking for: A driven and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team.

What will you do: 

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing our Digital Marketing strategy in order to increase our online presence that will have a measurable impact on our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for clients that align with their business objectives
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends and opportunities
    • Oversee digital campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines and email marketing
    • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing content for social media, blogs, emails and website
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using various tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports to clients
    • Continuously optimise campaigns based on data and insights to improve ROI
    • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools and actively seek new and innovative ways to improve our strategies
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
What you need:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing
    • Experience in creating and managing campaigns on popular platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
    • Proficient in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
    • Knowledge of web design and development is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visuals
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
