Who are we looking for

We’re looking for a strategic and creative experiential marketer with strong activations experience—someone who thrives in dynamic, premium environments and has a passion for delivering memorable, on-the-ground brand experiences. You’ll be the vital link between marketing, customer strategy, and operations, bringing our brand promise to life in physical spaces and ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the network.


What will you do



  • Build and manage a national calendar of on-site events and activations that bring the “social wellness” ethos to life
  • Design brand interventions that give members more reasons to visit, engage, and return
  • Create blueprints for immersive experiences that reinforce our positioning as a premium wellness offering
  • Connect in-person experiences with digital tools to encourage habit formation and sustained engagement
  • Act as the liaison between the marketing team and site managers to ensure alignment, communication, and brand consistency
  • Manage supplier and distribution partners to deliver all campaign materials on time and on budget
  • Conduct site visits to support key activations, monitor standards, and strengthen engagement
  • Track and report on KPIs such as participation rates, app usage, and campaign success
  • Codify learnings and share best practices across locations to enable innovation and continuous improvement


What do you need



  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in customer-facing environments, with proven expertise in experiential marketing and activations
  • Background in retail or hospitality spaces with a focus on creating engaging, brand-led experiences
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with the ability to travel frequently and work flexibly
  • A passion for wellness, creativity, and community-building
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit
