Sales Team Leader - Call Centre

Our client is looking for an experienced sales team leader to manage and inspire a team of 15–17 agents in a fast-paced sales call center. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader passionate about developing people and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 15–17 sales agents.
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets and KPIs are met.
• Motivate and mentor agents to exceed expectations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Implement and oversee Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Report on individual and team metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with QA, Operations, and Training departments.

Qualifications and skills:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Leadership or management certifications (advantageous)

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Proficient in Excel and KPI analysis
• High level of emotional intelligence

Experience:

• Minimum three years in a sales team leader role (call center experience required)
