Our client is looking for an experienced sales team leader to manage and inspire a team of 15–17 agents in a fast-paced sales call center. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader passionate about developing people and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of 15–17 sales agents.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets and KPIs are met.
- Motivate and mentor agents to exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Implement and oversee Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Report on individual and team metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with QA, Operations, and Training departments.
Qualifications and skills:Qualifications:- Matric (Grade 12)
- Leadership or management certifications (advantageous)
Skills:- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Proficient in Excel and KPI analysis
- High level of emotional intelligence
Experience:- Minimum three years in a sales team leader role (call center experience required)
