We are looking for a dynamic
Salesforce Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between our clients’ business goals and our technical teams. If you are passionate about turning business needs into Salesforce-driven solutions, this role is for you.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
- Salesforce administrator and Salesforce business analyst certifications
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and functionalities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Good communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions
- Create and deliver reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality
- Participate in testing and quality assurance of Salesforce applications
