This role is for a dynamic and experienced Head of IT operations who will lead and evolve IT operational strategy. The ideal candidate must be passionate about infrastructure, performance, security, and service delivery

Requirements:- 5+ years
- Experience writing code in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience using Microsoft SQL to update and retrieve data
- Experience leading IT operations teams using ITIL and Cobit
- In-depth knowledge of running ITSM delivery
- Financial industry background and understanding
- Microsoft licensing understanding (OS/SQL)
- Enterprise architecture
- Understanding of AWS and Azure services and environments
- In-depth knowledge of information and cyber security management
- Vendor management and negotiation
- Firewall and network technology
- VEEAM management
- 3 PAR storage environments
Qualification:- University degree years of experience
